Paradise awaits! Island Beach Home reachable only by ferry allows it to be the ideal place to vacation to.   Due to its unique demographics you can be surrounded by uncrowded white sandy beaches.   We are located very close to the beach with ocean views from the home: 1 minute via golf cart or 2 minute walk. Spacious 2350 sq ft open floor plan ranch home built in 2021 with vaulted ceilings and 8 ft doorways.   This is a remote and undiscovered gem that is 3 miles off shore of Pine Island.

It is part of the Lee Island Coast barrier island chain in South West Florida. Nearest airport is RSW ( Fort Myers, FL). North Captiva Island offers a small town impression with just enough amenities to suite your family needs. There are 4 restaurants on the island from casual to elegant. There are no cars, paved roads, or crowds on this tropical paradise. You will have a private golf cart to get around with. Put your worries behind you in this tropical paradise. Our home is your home. We will provide you with instructions on how to make this vacation go smoothly with help getting your ferry booked to getting your groceries.
